We offer structural design services for a wide range of project scales and building types and materials.

Our experience spans from garage conversions and residential additions, up to multi-family projects and large commercial developments. Besides new construction, we offer expertise in remodels, additions, retrofits, and tenant improvements. We have successfully completed projects in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors using wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.

In addition to these conventional materials, we have also developed designs for specialty construction, including insulated concrete forms (ICF); passive house design; engineered lumber; and proprietary shear wall systems.

Our goal is to creatively utilize available methods and materials to design a structure that meets all of the project’s objectives, while being practical and within budget.
